George Boyes & Company Limited, Hamilton's first Real Estate company, was established in 1906 by a young English man curiously enough named George Boyes.

As Hamilton's oldest Real Estate company, George Boyes has been involved in most of the city's commercial and many of the urban developments over the decades, as well as the selling of a large number of the Waikato’s rural properties, recording sales of Dairy and Grazing farms as far back as 1906.

More than 100 years later, George Boyes is a bustling enterprise and one of Hamilton's larger Real Estate companies and it is still locally owned and operated.

The company has currently a staff some 70 professional people specialising in all spheres of Real Estate, including a large team of very experienced rural marketing specialists.

Our head office is located at 1030 Victoria Street, Hamilton with branch offices at Clyde Street, Hamilton East, Bow Street, Raglan and Jesmond Street at Ngaruawahia.

George Boyes & Co also proudly owns the associate company of 'Andersons', a long established Hamilton Real Estate business specialising in property management, commercial, industrial leasing and business sales.
